Getting to Keiryuji
Keiryuji is located in the mountains of the Alta Garrotxa Nature Reserve, near the village of Camprodon in the province of Girona, Catalonia.
The journey to Keiryuji gradually leaves behind the pace of everyday life. As the road climbs into the Pyrenees, the mountains, forests, and silence prepare the way for practice.
Although peacefully secluded, the temple is easily accessible by both public transport and car.
By Plane
The nearest airports are:
- Barcelona–El Prat Airport (BCN)
- Girona–Costa Brava Airport (GRO)
From either airport, you can continue your journey by public transport or by rental car.
By Public Transport
Keiryuji can be reached comfortably by public transport.
From Barcelona, take the Rodalies R3 train to Ripoll. From Ripoll, regular buses continue to Camprodon. From Girona, public transport connections are also available, although they are generally less frequent.

By Car
If you prefer to travel by car, Keiryuji can be reached in approximately:
- 2 hours from Girona.
- 2½ hours from Barcelona.
